Characteristics of UL tire coupling

This coupling is a kind of high elastic coupling, has good shock absorption and superior axial offset compensation performance, working temperature - 20 ~ 80 degrees Celsius, transfer torque 10 ~ 20000 n. M, suitable for damp, dusty, shock, vibration, positive &negative changeable and frequent starting working conditions, and the tear open outfit is convenient, because the elastic element is a tire body as a whole, convenient dismantling and maintenance, without lubrication, durable and reliable.

The standard semi-coupling structure is K type, which can no longer be marked in the representation.

The rubber element (tire body) is bonded to the metal platen vulcanization, and the bolt is connected directly to the two half couplings when assembled

Flexible, damped, large compensation

The structure is simple and easy to assemble, and there is no need to move the shaft to move the coupling when changing the tire

Disadvantages: with the increase of torsion Angle, a considerable axial force will be generated on the main axis
