單工位立式（桁架）機械手，主要針對單臺數(shù)控機床配置的自動上下料裝備，滿足零部件的單工序自動化生產(chǎn)。
機械手采用高強度鋼梁、雙立柱架構(gòu)，純模塊化設(shè)計，適用于軸類、盤類、圓環(huán)等各種工件的自動上下料。
具備靈活通用、移動速度快、定位精度高、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點。

機械手采用高強度鋼梁，多立柱架構(gòu)，根據(jù)工件的實際加工節(jié)拍與工序需要，可選用單手臂或雙手臂配置，實現(xiàn)單機循環(huán)模式或雙機協(xié)作模式，**程度實現(xiàn)無人化生產(chǎn)。
自動上料、自動下料、自動裝夾、自動吹屑、并將完工件自動放置在料倉等連續(xù)性全自動作，代替了人工裝夾。
