詳細(xì)介紹

一、概述

LD-602D系列聚氨酯灌注機(jī)是生產(chǎn)硬質(zhì)、半硬質(zhì)、軟質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沬制品的專家適用于石油管道保溫、建材保溫、大型冷庫保溫，我廠生產(chǎn)的低壓灌注機(jī)是引進(jìn)技術(shù)，新近開發(fā)的新設(shè)備，具有計量準(zhǔn)確、混合均勻、性能可靠、自動化程度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。整機(jī)選用國內(nèi)外各家基礎(chǔ)元件，維護(hù)維修方便，各組料壓力、泵速、溫度全部使用數(shù)字化顯示其數(shù)據(jù)，可在不停機(jī)狀況下進(jìn)行工藝需要的調(diào)整。

二、性能與規(guī)格

1、機(jī)械化自動化程度高：

2、澆注時間PLC系統(tǒng)自動控制，澆注量精確，可輸100個控制點(diǎn)，滿足100個不同規(guī)格制品要求。采用單個按鈕操作，工位自動跟蹤。動作準(zhǔn)確、操作靈便，

1）澆注頭結(jié)構(gòu)*，采用球閥式噴料機(jī)構(gòu)，經(jīng)久耐用，使原液噴射動作一致。

2）原料罐容積400L，采用夾層式保溫，料罐內(nèi)膽采用SUS304不銹鋼板制作及自動控制電機(jī)驅(qū)動攪拌器

3）料液加熱、制冷.溫度自動調(diào)節(jié)，夾層保溫，使全管路料溫保持穩(wěn)定。

4）計量泵由變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動.轉(zhuǎn)速采用臺達(dá)變頻器調(diào)節(jié)、高耐磨性的擺線型計量泵。流量調(diào)節(jié)方便、計量精準(zhǔn)。

三、LD-602D系列聚氨酯低壓發(fā)泡機(jī)主要特性：

1、混合頭：新型的注料閥門。吐出精確同步、不堵塞、混合均勻。

2、計量泵：使用高精度計量泵，變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動、流量調(diào)節(jié)方便、配比調(diào)整范圍廣，品質(zhì)可靠。

3、系統(tǒng)：觸摸屏電腦控制，程序自動化跟蹤、注量控制點(diǎn)100個，并有溫度、壓力、轉(zhuǎn)速、清洗系統(tǒng)。
