主要特點：

2 本發(fā)泡片材機，的螺桿設(shè)計、促使樹脂在擠出前均勻熔融，而且，熔體封閉，解決了其他廠家在第二段若干末端經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的漏料、漏氣問題。保證了生產(chǎn)安全和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

2 本機不僅可用于生產(chǎn)快餐盒、碗、碟等EPS發(fā)泡片材的擠出，更換PE螺桿及模頭后還可生產(chǎn)EPE發(fā)泡防震膜。

2 發(fā)泡劑注入比例的控制方式簡便、迅速、可靠，是發(fā)泡倍數(shù)穩(wěn)定，以保證產(chǎn)品密度符合要求。

2 特殊設(shè)計的分歧式換網(wǎng)器可不停機更換濾網(wǎng)，而且不斷片、不泄露。板材的厚薄均勻度可通過擠壓模頭模口的簡單又實用的調(diào)整機構(gòu)進行調(diào)節(jié)。

2 可靠的消除靜電措施，在整個生產(chǎn)流程中，避免了因靜電而造成火災(zāi)的危險。

The PS/PE series foamed sheet machine Lord specializes in production line for fast food articles (disposable tableware) ａnd decorative sheet (KT –sheeting making) , and in producing plastic and forming sheets. And with constant improvement and innovation.

AVANTAGE:

l Unique screw design helps to promote the resin well-meeting before the squeezing. Meanwhile, the melting is enclosed effectively, which thoroughly solves the problem of any feeding-leaking or gas-leaking commonly generated from the screw and of second phase that other factories, always face during their manufacturing.

l It is simple, speedy and reliable to manage the vesicant feeding scale, which stabilize the multiple forming ,ａnd also ensures the product quality standard in the manufacturing.

l Special design for the separate filter-pattern changes its filter net necessarily without machine stopping. For its particular device, there will be no sheet-breaking or leakage from our foaming equipment.

l The thickness of sheet can be adjusted evenly by the simple but practical regulator of squeeze mold.
