       WM-ME 3D測(cè)量軟件主要功能如下: WM - ME 3 d measurement software main functions are as follows:

(1) 元素測(cè)量：measuring element:

    能測(cè)量12種元素（點(diǎn)、直線、圓、圓弧、橢圓、矩形、槽形、○形環(huán)、距離、角度、開云線,閉云線）。Can measure the 12 kinds of elements, such as point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, trough, o-rings, distance, Angle and open cloud line, closed cloud line).

測(cè)量方法多樣（自動(dòng)判別測(cè)量、采點(diǎn)測(cè)量﹐對(duì)比測(cè)量、公差對(duì)比測(cè)量。預(yù)置元素），可以滿足用戶不同需求，大大提高使用的方便性和測(cè)量精度。Measurement method variety (automatic discriminant, mining point measurement, comparison, tolerance contrast measurement. 單點(diǎn)采集方法有多種﹕可鼠標(biāo)采點(diǎn),十字線尋邊采點(diǎn),放大采點(diǎn)。There are many single point sampling method: the mouse point, cross line edge point, amplified by points.

能測(cè)量閉合云線的周長(zhǎng)，面積及重心，使用三次插值算法，為目前最準(zhǔn)測(cè)量云線的方法。Closed to measure the perimeter of the cloud line, area and center of gravity, the use ofthree interpolation algorithm, for the most accurate measuring method of cloud line.

 測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)可以保存為DXF檔，或.BMP圖片，及用戶程序格式。The measured data can be saved as a DXF file, or. BMP images, and the user programformat.

(2)  宏測(cè)量功能the macro measurement function

     宏測(cè)量功能就是，將一些測(cè)量，構(gòu)造命令關(guān)聯(lián)到一個(gè)按鈕上。點(diǎn)擊按鈕，即開始執(zhí)行宏測(cè)量功能，宏測(cè)量功能會(huì)自動(dòng)完成構(gòu)造動(dòng)作，減少用戶操作鼠標(biāo)次數(shù)，提高工作效率。Macro measurement function is that will be some measure, commａnd associated witha button. Click on the buttonthat starts the macro measurement function, macro measurement function automatically completes the tectonic movement, decrease the times of user mouse operation and improve the work efficiency.

要注意的是：宏測(cè)量不同于用戶程序功能，宏測(cè)量不會(huì)記錄光源，座標(biāo)位置等測(cè)量狀態(tài)。運(yùn)行宏測(cè)量功能時(shí)，也不會(huì)移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)，打光等。軟件提供了16組宏測(cè)量功能，用戶可以自己編輯宏測(cè)量功能按鈕的圖標(biāo)。宏測(cè)量功能的界面如下: Note: macro measurement is different from the user program function, macro measuredoes not record source, coordinate position measurement condition, etc. Run themacro function, also do not move the workbench, polishing, etc. 16 software provides aset of macro measure function, the user can edit the macro measurement functionbutton icon. (3)  自動(dòng)捕捉測(cè)量 Automatic capture measurement

點(diǎn)擊，然后用鼠標(biāo)圓圈去套住工件的邊緣，即可自動(dòng)尋邊得到線，圓或者弧.如下圖,會(huì)自動(dòng)框住圓. Click, and then use the mouse to circle to the edge of the workpiece, can automatically find edgeline, circle or arc. The following figure, will automatically be framed round.

(4)  元素構(gòu)造：element structure:

元素構(gòu)造功能*。MEGA 2D元素構(gòu)造提供10種構(gòu)造法（【平移】、【旋轉(zhuǎn)】、【提取】、【組合】、【平行】、【垂直】、【鏡像】、【對(duì)稱】、【相交】、【相切】）構(gòu)造幾何元素。MEGA 2D元素構(gòu)造使得用戶輕松應(yīng)付一些難以測(cè)量的元素，從而提高工作效率。Elements to construct powerful. MEGA structure provide 10 kinds of 2 d elements method ("translation ", "rotation" and "extraction", "combination", "parallel" and "vertical", "mirror", "symmetry", "intersection", "tangent") tectonic geometry elements.  (5) 自動(dòng)對(duì)焦功能Autofocus function

提供精準(zhǔn)對(duì)焦和快速對(duì)焦功能,可以通過對(duì)焦測(cè)量高度值，或通過自動(dòng)對(duì)焦得到當(dāng)前的點(diǎn)座標(biāo)。Provide a precise focus and shooting function and through measuring height value focus, or thecurrent is obtained by af point coordinates.

(6) 輔助調(diào)光Auxiliary dimmer

    調(diào)光指示器,會(huì)指示用戶什么時(shí)候光強(qiáng)﹐避免了因打光所帶來(lái)的測(cè)量誤差﹐提高了測(cè)量精度和測(cè)量效率。That move light indicator, instructs the user when is the best time to light intensity, avoid themeasurement error brought by the due to the lighting, improve the measuring accuracy andmeasuring efficiency.

(7) 圖形功能：Graphics functions:

    有*的圖形處理和顯示功能（縮放、平移、視窗顯示、局部放大、全屏顯示），使測(cè)量結(jié)果變得更加形象、直觀，便于用戶操作。滾動(dòng)鼠標(biāo)中鍵，放大縮小圖形，按住中鍵不放移動(dòng)鼠標(biāo)，則移動(dòng)圖形。Have perfect image processing and display function (local amplification, scaling, translation, window display, full screen), makes the measurement more image, intuitive, easy to user operation. Rolling middle mouse button, zoom in on graphics, hold key notto put in the moving the mouse, the graphics.

(8) 標(biāo)注功能：Tagging function:

    能直接在繪圖區(qū)及影像區(qū)的元素圖形上標(biāo)注角度、距離、X方向距離、Y方向距離、圓（?。┌霃?、圓（?。┲睆健⒒￠L(zhǎng)。使用戶一目了然。Can directly in the plot and the elements of the image graphics on the Angle,distance, distance of X direction and Y direction distance and radius of circle (arc),round (arc) diameter, arc length. The user be clear at a glance.

影像窗口與畫圖窗口可以同步顯示測(cè)量的元素和標(biāo)注。可以隱藏影像窗口的繪制的圖形，可以同步刪除，選擇影像窗口和2D圖形窗口的圖形元素。下圖為標(biāo)注兩圓的X方向與Y方向距離，及圓的半徑Image window and drawing window can synchronize display measurementelements and annotations. Images can be hidden window drawing graphics, cansynchronize to delete, select image window and 2 d graphics window graphic elements.Below to indicate two round X direction and Y direction distance, and the radius of thecircle.

(9) 公差Tolerance

    *的尺寸公差計(jì)算能力?？稍O(shè)置默認(rèn)的公差帶Improve the dimensional tolerance of computing power. Can set the defaulttolerance zone.

    符合國(guó)標(biāo)的形位公差計(jì)算能力，能計(jì)算形狀公差，真直度，圓、弧的真圓度。Conform to the national standard of the form tolerance capacity, can calculate theshape tolerance, really straight degree, circle, arc roundness.

位置公差計(jì)算包含位置度、平行度、垂直度、傾斜度及同心度﹐對(duì)稱度。超差能自動(dòng)報(bào)警，并以紅色警示。

 Position tolerance calculation contains position degree, parallel degree, verticaldegree, slope and concentricity, degree of symmetry. Out-of-tolerancealarmautomatically, and with red warning.

(10) DXF檔導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)入編程DXF file import programming

     導(dǎo)入DXF檔后，軟件會(huì)提示用戶一步一步操作，當(dāng)建立好工件座標(biāo)系后，則DXF檔導(dǎo)入產(chǎn)生用戶程式完成。軟件會(huì)自動(dòng)產(chǎn)生名元素的名義值。當(dāng)運(yùn)行用戶程式時(shí)，將產(chǎn)生DXF檔與影像貼圖對(duì)比。After importing the DXF file, the software will prompt the user operation step by step, when establishtheworkpiece coordinate system, the DXF file user program to complete the import. The softwarewill automatically generate value in the name of the element name. When running a user program, will produce DXF file and image texture contrast.

 (11) 報(bào)表功能Reporting features

測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)可以導(dǎo)出到Excel、Word,AutoCAD,TXT中。Measurement data can be exported to Excel, Word,AutoCAD, TXT.

運(yùn)行用戶程序時(shí)，可將數(shù)據(jù)按行或列方式導(dǎo)入到Excel中。When running the user program, but will import data in rows or columns way to Excel.

導(dǎo)入到報(bào)表中時(shí)，可選擇是否導(dǎo)出圖形和位圖。Import to the report, they can choose whether to export the graphics and bitmap.

下圖是同一個(gè)工件圖片，測(cè)量五次后，自動(dòng)導(dǎo)出到Excel中的報(bào)表Pictures, below is the same workpiece measurement after five times, automatic export to Excel inthe report.

(12)在線SPC功能Online SPC functions

      MEGA 2D提供獨(dú)立的,專業(yè)的SPC軟件﹐進(jìn)行測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的后續(xù)處理MEGA 2 d provide independent, professional SPC software, for subsequentprocessing of measured data.

測(cè)量軟件與SPC軟件無(wú)縫連接﹐測(cè)量軟件完成測(cè)量后,自動(dòng)將數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入到SPC數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)﹐不需要人工再輸入﹐所有的管制界限的設(shè)置全部在測(cè)量軟件中完成﹐SPC軟件無(wú)需再設(shè)置﹐從而大大提高效率。SPC提供制程用和分析用管制圖。提供的管制圖有：平均數(shù)全距管制圖，平均數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差管制圖，中位數(shù)全距管制圖，個(gè)別值與移動(dòng)平均值管制圖，直方圖，cpk推移圖，規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差管制圖，制程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差管制圖，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差比較圖，制程建議分析圖等。對(duì)生成的圖形可以利用八大判定規(guī)則進(jìn)行判定。其圖表及數(shù)據(jù)可打印及導(dǎo)入到Excel中。Software and SPC software seamless connection, measurement software aftercompletion of measurement data imported into the SPC database automatically, without human input again, all the control limits set was done in measuring software, noneed to set the SPC software, thus greatly improve theefficiency. SPC providesprocess and analysis with the control charts. Provide control charts are: average rangecontrol chart, the average standard deviation control charts, the median range controlchart, individual values and moving average control chart, histogram, CPK graph,specification standard deviation control charts, the process standard deviation controlcharts, standard deviation comparison chart, process suggested analysis diagram, etc. To generate graphics can use eight decision rules for decision. Their charts and datacan be printed and imported into Excel.

一、 安裝調(diào)試和培訓(xùn)Debugging and training

1. 交貨與安裝調(diào)試Delivery and Debugging

該儀器到達(dá)甲方儀器安裝地點(diǎn)后，甲方應(yīng)立即通知我司。我方將在和甲方協(xié)商的日期內(nèi)到達(dá)用戶所在地安裝，甲方儀器使用人員需提供必要的協(xié)助。

Once the goods arrives in the fitting place,the Buyers should inform the Seller.We will arrive in the Buyer’s location to fit it before the agreed date.The Buyers should provide necessary assistance.

安裝工作一般在一天內(nèi)完成，包含機(jī)臺(tái)及各零件定位、機(jī)臺(tái)調(diào)水平、三軸復(fù)原、CCD定位、線路檢查及功能電路測(cè)試等。

The fitting work should be finished within one day,including positioning the main body and its accessory,leveling the body,recovering three axis ,locating the CCD ,checking the connections and testing the function circuit.

調(diào)試工作一般在一天內(nèi)完成，包含檢驗(yàn)精度等。

The adjusting work is generally finished within one day,including precision correction.

2. 培訓(xùn)Training：

培訓(xùn)地點(diǎn)：在甲方指點(diǎn)所在地。

Training place：The Buyers’ appointed position.

培訓(xùn)人數(shù)：在儀器安裝驗(yàn)收之后，由乙方安裝工程師對(duì)用戶1-2人進(jìn)行操作培訓(xùn)（受訓(xùn)人員應(yīng)具有基本的測(cè)量常識(shí)和電腦知識(shí)）。

Quantity of trainee:after the fitting and acceptance of the goods ,the engineer from the Sellers train one or two of the Buyers(the trainee should have basic knowledge of measuring and computer).

培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容：包含機(jī)臺(tái)操作使用培訓(xùn)和測(cè)量軟件培訓(xùn)，直到操作者能掌握基本操作為止。

Content of training:operate the machine and the measuring software till the trainee can master the basic skills by themselves.

二、 保修期內(nèi)售后服務(wù)After service within guarantee

1． 自安裝、調(diào)試、培訓(xùn)完成日起一年內(nèi)為產(chǎn)品的保修期。保修期內(nèi)，在正常使用條件下，若發(fā)生任何因產(chǎn)品本件或組件（含機(jī)臺(tái)、電控系統(tǒng)、鏡頭、CCD、軟件）損壞引發(fā)的故障，本公司免費(fèi)為客戶做修換服務(wù)。

The guarantee period is defined as one year after the finish of fitting debugging and training.During this period,any malfunction of product or accessory(includebody,electricbody,electriccontroller,lens,CCD,software)will berepaired or replaced by the Sellers for free only under proper use.

2.保修期內(nèi)測(cè)量軟件免費(fèi)升級(jí)。

During the guarantee,the software will be updated for free.

3. 接到客戶報(bào)修通知，本公司承諾在一個(gè)工作日內(nèi)回復(fù)并提出解決方案。如需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決，3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。

Wang min promises to provide effective solutions after receiving the customer’s notice of repair.If on site solution is needed, Wang min will arrive there within 3days.

   4.在保修期內(nèi)，由于如下原因?qū)е庐a(chǎn)品故障，本公司需酌情收取成本費(fèi)用。

Within the guarantee ,our company will claim charge of cost if malfunction or damage is caused by follows:

(1) 在本公司維修站外進(jìn)行修理、搬運(yùn)引起的故障和損壞。

The product is not repaired and carried in the Sellers’s appointed station.

(2) 人為因素操作不當(dāng)而造成的故障和損壞。

User’s improper operation.

(3) 自行改裝或私自拆機(jī)而造成的故障和損壞。

Private refitting or dismantling.

(4) 由于天災(zāi)。地震、火災(zāi)或其他不可抗力因素而造成的故障和損壞。

Force majeure like earthquake,fire etc.

(5) 使用非本公司的零配件所引起的故障和損壞。
