電纜和光纜絕緣和護套材料拉力試驗中的術(shù)語:

拉力 (maximum tensile force):試驗期間負荷達到的值

拉伸應(yīng)力(tensile stress):試件未拉伸時的單位面積上的拉力

抗張強度(tensile strength):拉伸試件至斷裂時記錄的抗拉應(yīng)力

斷裂伸長率(elongation at break):試件拉伸至斷裂時,標記距離的增量與未拉伸試樣的標記距離的百分比

4.試驗軟件特點

4.1.自動停機：試樣斷裂后，移動橫梁自動停止；

4.2.條件存盤：試驗控制數(shù)據(jù)和試樣條件可制成模塊，方便了批量試驗的進行；

4.3.自動變速：試驗過程中移動橫梁的速度可按預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序自動變化，也可手動變化；

4.4.自動標定：系統(tǒng)可自動實現(xiàn)示值準確度的標定；

1.introductions

This computer control insulating and sheathing materials of electric and optical cables testing machine is to measure and determine the tensile properties of insulating and sheathing materials used on electric and optical cables for communication, ship and offshore. This tensile testing machine is also suitable for normal insulating and sheathing materials, such as elastomer, Polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. in tensile properties measuring.
