詳細(xì)介紹

PVC復(fù)合地板生產(chǎn)線分為三大類：

PVC composite board can be divided into three parts:

一，WPC復(fù)合地板生產(chǎn)線，是由PVC發(fā)泡板作為地板基材，再在發(fā)泡板表面貼合一層LVT層，壓花成各類地板；

First: WPC composite board: use PVC foaming board as the foundation and composites another layer of LVT and finally make all kinds of floor board.

二，SPC復(fù)合地板生產(chǎn)線，SPC環(huán)保地板是由擠出機(jī)擠出PVC的基材，用四輥壓延機(jī)組，分別把PVC彩膜+PVC耐磨層+PVC底膜，一次性壓貼復(fù)合而成的產(chǎn)品，工藝簡(jiǎn)單、貼合靠熱量完成，不含膠水。SPC地板材料使用環(huán)保配方，不含重金屬、鄰苯二甲酸酯、甲醛等有害物質(zhì)。

Second: SPC composite board extrusion line. SPC board is made up by the PVC foundation layer material, the four roller machine makes the PVC film layer, PVC anti-friction layer and PVC bottom layer pressed together. This product can be made one time. The four layers are formed by heat not glue, which makes this board environment friendly without heavy metal and formaldehyde.

三， LVT軟質(zhì)復(fù)合地板生產(chǎn)線：生產(chǎn)線由擠出機(jī)擠出地板基材，再經(jīng)過一套六輥復(fù)合機(jī)對(duì)基材與印刷層，耐磨層，防滑層進(jìn)行同時(shí)復(fù)合，通過對(duì)放卷張力，耐磨層預(yù)熱的精確控制，達(dá)到放卷時(shí)不起皺，不收縮，不變形等效果，擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)效率高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

Third, LVT soft composite board extrusion line: The LVT board is also made up by a foundation board, after compositing by one six roller calendar, the printing layer, anti- wear layer and anti-friction layer are composited together. By the accurate controlling for the rolling strength, the product will have no wrinkles, no shrinkage and no deformation, high efficiency production and stable quality.
