一：全自動(dòng)彈簧拉壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介
液晶顯示電子式彈簧試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)與輔具的設(shè)計(jì)融匯了我公司的技術(shù)，外形美觀，操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。系統(tǒng)通過(guò)數(shù)字控制器，經(jīng)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)控制數(shù)字電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，經(jīng)減速系統(tǒng)減速后通過(guò)精密絲杠副帶橫梁上升、下降，完成試樣的拉伸、壓縮等力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)，無(wú)污染、噪音低，效率高，具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍。
本機(jī)依據(jù)彈簧試驗(yàn)機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的要求研制而成。主要用于測(cè)試各種螺旋彈簧力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)。
二：全自動(dòng)彈簧拉壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要功能
1、設(shè)定試驗(yàn)力Ｐ，檢測(cè)彈簧的變形量Ｆ。
2、設(shè)定變形量Ｆ，檢測(cè)彈簧的試驗(yàn)力Ｐ。
3、最多可以設(shè)定5個(gè)檢測(cè)點(diǎn)。
4、試驗(yàn)力、位移、剛度采用數(shù)字顯示、試驗(yàn)結(jié)果打印，可測(cè)試初拉力。
5、具有峰值保持、過(guò)載保護(hù)、位移和試驗(yàn)力任意清零、剛度計(jì)算、試驗(yàn)速度0.1－500mm/min任意設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)打?。ù蛴C(jī)為選配）等功能。
