XWZY-1系列制樣機(jī)

XWZY-1系列制樣機(jī)由試樣切割部分、缺口制樣部分、啞鈴制樣部分三部分組成。試樣切割部分用于切割條形試樣、管材試樣。缺口制樣部分用于制備簡(jiǎn)支梁、懸臂梁沖擊試驗(yàn)的試樣樣條缺口。啞鈴制樣部分用于制備各種非金屬材料拉伸試驗(yàn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)啞鈴試樣或非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試樣。三種功能集于一身，便于實(shí)現(xiàn)制樣全過(guò)程。制樣主動(dòng)力分別由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，帶動(dòng)銑刀及鋸片旋轉(zhuǎn)切割試樣。各個(gè)方向進(jìn)給用導(dǎo)軌進(jìn)行導(dǎo)向，移動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。夾具方便靈活，適用于多種試樣的制作。為防止試樣加工發(fā)熱變形，制樣過(guò)程采用水冷卻，由水泵進(jìn)行水循環(huán)。該制樣機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作方便、進(jìn)給平穩(wěn)、制樣迅速準(zhǔn)確。

為安全起見(jiàn)本儀器操作按扭均為急停按扭，既旋轉(zhuǎn)打開按下停止。
該機(jī)分為兩種：XWZY-1型 自然冷卻     XWZY-2型 水冷

缺口制樣部分主要用于制備簡(jiǎn)支梁、懸臂梁沖擊試驗(yàn)的試樣樣條缺口。該機(jī)主要技術(shù)參數(shù)符合GB/T1043-1993、GB/T1843-1996、ISO179-1993、ISO180-1993等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便，試樣制備快速，尺寸準(zhǔn)確，是試樣缺口制備的理想設(shè)備。

啞鈴制樣部分用于制備各種非金屬材料拉伸試驗(yàn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)啞鈴試樣或非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試樣。該機(jī)制備的試樣符合GB1040、GB8804.1、GB8804.2等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

XWZY series universal system prototype
XWZY series universal system prototype a sample cutting gap, a dumbbell sample preparation, sample preparation of three parts.Specimen cutting part is used for cutting bar and tube sample.Gap part sample preparation used for preparation of simply supported beam and cantilever beam impact test article try all the gaps.Dumbbell part sample preparation was used to prepare all kinds of nonmetal materials tensile test with standard dumbbell specimen or non-standard.Three kinds of feature set in one, a sample is advantageous for the accounting process.Sample preparation serval respectively, driven by a motor drive the cutter and the saw blade rotation cutting sample.All directions feed using guide direction, moving smoothly.Fixture convenient and flexible, suitable for the production of a variety of sample.In order to prevent the hot deformation sample processing, sample preparation process adopts water cooling, the water pump for water circulation.The universal sampling machine structure is compact, easy to operate, stable feeding, rapid and accurate sample preparation.
To be on the safe side the instrument button are abrupt stop button operation, both open press stop rotating.
The machine is divided into two kinds: XWZY - natural cooling XWZY type 1-2 type water cooling
