　　走進這家韓資戶外家居廠的生產(chǎn)車間，一排排TDW-250A整齊列隊，氣勢沉穩(wěn)。

　　Stepping into the production workshop of this Korean-owned outdoor furniture manufacturer, TONGDA TDW-250A extrusion blow molding machines stand in neat rows, solid and imposing.

　　從2019年第一臺設備投入使用，到如今近40臺同大機械設備持續(xù)運行，這些機器已經(jīng)成為車間里熟悉的“老伙伴”。它們見證了客戶產(chǎn)能的階梯式躍升，也陪伴著一張張戶外桌面板走向全球市場。

　　From the first machine installed in 2019 to nearly 40 units of TONGDA equipment running today, these machines have become familiar "old partners" on the shop floor. They have witnessed the customer's stepped-up capacity expansion and accompanied countless outdoor table panels to global markets.

一張桌面板的“全球標準”

　　大尺寸戶外桌面板要拿到海外市場的入場券，得過一道又一道品質(zhì)關：尺寸公差、平面度、結(jié)構(gòu)強度、外觀一致性——每一項細微指標，都決定著產(chǎn)品能否通過客戶驗貨。

　　Large-format outdoor table panels must clear one quality hurdle after another to earn their place in overseas markets: dimensional tolerance, flatness, structural strength, surface consistency—every subtle indicator determines whether the product passes the customer's inspection.

　　從熔體塑化、型坯擠出，到合模、射料，任何一個環(huán)節(jié)的微小波動，都會最終呈現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品表面。

　　From melt plasticization, parison extrusion, to mold clamping and injection, a slight fluctuation at any step will ultimately show up on the finished surface.

　　TDW-250A搭載三菱PLC控制系統(tǒng)，讓各動作無縫銜接；配合日本MOOG 100點油壓伺服厚薄控制與PID溫控模塊，對型坯壁厚及各區(qū)溫度進行精細調(diào)節(jié)。

　　The TDW-250A extrusion blow molding machines is equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC control system for seamless coordination of all actions, paired with a Japan MOOG 100-point servo parison control and PID temperature modules to fine-tune wall thickness and zone temperatures.

　　正是這種精細管理，讓首批設備連續(xù)運行兩年后，品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)始終如一。

　　在于鎖模力的均衡與克制

　　Precision lies in balanced, controlled clamping force.

　　TDW-250A采用無拉桿開合模結(jié)構(gòu)，銷鎖配合小油缸驅(qū)動，將1200KN鎖模力均勻作用于模具表面，避免傳統(tǒng)拉桿結(jié)構(gòu)易產(chǎn)生的局部應力集中，有效減少飛邊，提升產(chǎn)品邊緣及合縫處的成型質(zhì)量。

　　The TDW-250A extrusion blow molding machines features a tie-bar-less clamping structure with pin-lock and small-cylinder actuation, distributing 1,200 KN of clamping force evenly across the mold surface—eliminating the localized stress concentration common in traditional tie-bar designs, minimizing flash, and improving edge and parting-line finish.

均勻的鎖模力換來穩(wěn)定的出品，這也是為什么客戶第三次采購時，直接把訂單量提到了10臺。

　　This consistent output quality is exactly why the customer raised their third order to 10 machines.

飛邊處理更輕松，省力且高效

　　Flash removal is easier, faster, and more efficient.

　　Efficiency means a stable cycle time of 115–118 seconds.

　　一模兩出，單模次同時完成兩片桌面板成型，單模兩片凈重約5.8kg，射料時間約12-14秒。設備不停，訂單不斷。

　　Two cavities per mold, two panels per cycle, net weight of 5.8 kg per cycle, injection time of 12–14 seconds.

　　產(chǎn)能需求大幅拉升時，客戶的回應干脆利落：再訂10臺。

　　When production demand surged, the customer's response was decisive: an order for 10 more machines.

多次復購背后，是看得見的信任
What's Behind the Repeat Orders for the Same Equipment? Trust.

　　這份信任，是從第一批設備進廠開始的。期間也經(jīng)歷過波折，但同大機械的回應，讓每一次波折都成了信任加深的契機。

　　This trust started with the very first machine. There were hiccups along the way, but TONGDA's response turned every challenge into a reason for deeper trust.

　　第一批設備投產(chǎn)后，實際生產(chǎn)周期與出廠調(diào)試周期有差距?？蛻魧υO備和工藝尚不熟悉，遇到問題第一時間找同大機械。當?shù)剞k事處當天就派人到了現(xiàn)場，后續(xù)銷售服務部、研發(fā)中心的技術力量也陸續(xù)加入，團隊直接駐扎在客戶工廠，反復驗證、逐項排查。

　　After the initial machines went into production, the actual cycle time deviated from the commissioning target. The customer was still unfamiliar with the equipment and process—and whenever issues arose, they called TONGDA. The local office dispatched engineers the same day, followed by technical support from the sales service department and R&D center. The team stayed on-site at the customer's factory, running tests, monitoring parameters, and troubleshooting step by step.

　　很快找到問題所在——模具冷卻效率。同大機械并沒有停留在單一環(huán)節(jié)的調(diào)整，而是梳理了整個冷卻鏈路，從設備管路到模具水路，逐段優(yōu)化，最終給出了一套兼顧設備與模具適配的系統(tǒng)性解決方案。

　　The root cause was quickly traced to mold cooling efficiency. TONGDA didn't just tweak one component—we reviewed the entire cooling chain, from machine piping to mold water circuits, optimizing each segment until we delivered a comprehensive solution that aligned equipment performance with mold requirements.

　　問題解決了，信任也扎下了根。從那以后，客戶幾乎每年都有復購，設備一批批進場，產(chǎn)線一點點擴大。單筆10臺的大訂單有過兩次，更多是三五臺的持續(xù)補充——每一次下單，都是對設備表現(xiàn)和售后服務的一次認可。

　　The problem was solved—and trust took root.From that point on, the customer has placed repeat orders every single year. Machines arrived batch by batch; production lines grew step by step. There were two large orders of 10 units each, with more smaller 3-to-5 unit orders in between. Every order is a vote of confidence in the equipment's performance and the service behind it.

　　如今，這批設備一直穩(wěn)定運行，生產(chǎn)周期保持在115-118秒。

　　Today, the very first batch of machines continues to run reliably, maintaining a cycle time of 115–118 seconds.
