PVC 物化性質(zhì)

     物化性質(zhì)：本色為微黃色半透明狀，有光澤。透明度勝于聚乙烯、聚苯烯，差于聚苯乙烯，隨助劑用量不同，分為軟、硬聚氯乙烯，軟制品柔而韌，手感粘，硬制品的硬度高于低密度聚乙烯，而低于聚丙烯，在屈折處會出現(xiàn)白化現(xiàn)象。 

    相對密度1.4，溶解性低分子量的易溶于酮類、酯類和氯代烴類溶劑。高分子量的則難溶解。 

    具有阻燃（阻燃值為40以上）、耐化學藥品性高（耐濃鹽酸、濃度為90%的硫酸、濃度為60%的硝酸和濃度20%的*）、機械強度及電絕緣性良好的優(yōu)點。但其耐熱性較差，軟化點為80℃，于130℃開始分解變色，并析出HCI。
