PBT 注意事項：

1. 再生料的使用 再生料與新料的比例一般在25%~75%;

2. 脫模劑的使用 一般情況下不適用脫模劑，必要時采用有機硅脫模劑；

3. 停機處理PBT停機時間在30min以內(nèi)，可將溫度降到200℃時停機。*停機后再生產(chǎn)時，要將料筒內(nèi)的料清空，再加入新料才能進行正常生產(chǎn)；

4. 制品的后處理 一般情況不需要進行處理，必須時在120℃時處理1~2h.。
