PBT 性能：

1、耐溶劑好，無應(yīng)力開裂。

2、PBT遇水易分解，在高溫、高濕環(huán)境下使用需謹慎。

3、優(yōu)良的機械性能，機械強度高，耐疲勞性和尺寸穩(wěn)定好。蠕變也小，這些性能在高溫條件下也極少有變化

4、耐熱老化性優(yōu)異，增強后的UL溫度指數(shù)達到120~140℃，此外，戶外*老化性也很好。

5、PBT易于阻燃，可達UL94V-0級，由于與阻燃劑親和性能好，所以容易開發(fā)反應(yīng)型或添加型的阻燃品級。阻燃產(chǎn)品在電子電器工業(yè)中獲得廣泛應(yīng)用。

6、優(yōu)良的電氣性能，體積電阻率及介電強度高，耐電弧性優(yōu)良，吸濕性極小，在潮濕及高溫環(huán)境下，也能保持電性能穩(wěn)定，是制造電子、電器零件的理想材料。
