HANWHA EVA 1155 is more elastic than LDPE, compatible with a wide range of polymers and can be processed with the same equipment. The product is manufactured by high pressure tubular process. It does not contain additives.

They can also be processed using conventional rubber processing techniques such as Banbury, two-roll milling and compression molding.can be used in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene resins.

EVA also possesses excellent water resistance which makes the non-woven fabric adhered with EVATHENE UE508 better water repellent and less deformable and thus raises the value of its product.

 

EVA is an EVA copolymer especially developed for powder coating and hot melt adhesion for non-woven fabric. 

 

A combination of high flow and low melting temperature gives EVATHENE good processability for powder coating and easy ironing in adhesion applications. Strong adhesion of EVATHENE UE508 provides the excellent peel strength of non-woven fabric.
