The product is manufactured by high pressure tubular process. It does not contain additives.Polene EVA N 8038 is more elastic than LDPE, compatible with a wide range of polymers and can be processed with the same equipment.

EVA is an EVA copolymer especially developed for powder coating and hot melt adhesion for non-woven fabric. A combination of high flow and low melting temperature gives EVATHENE good processability for powder coating and easy ironing in adhesion applications.

 

EVATHENE also possesses excellent water resistance which makes the non-woven fabricadhered with EVATHENE better water repellent and less deformable and thus raises thevalue of its product.

 

Strong adhesion of EVATHENE UE508 provides the excellent peel strength of non-woven fabric.
