HuaBao brａnd constant speed device, constant speed source and constant speed device is a single-chip microcomputer controlled high-precision megger grounding megger identification device developed and produced by Huabao electric and HuHhao power, which is widely used in the identification of manufacturers and power.

It is a special product designed and produced by Qingdao Pingdu Huabao Electric Co., Ltd. according to the technical requirements of the verification regulation of insulation resistance meter JJG622-97 and the verification regulation of grounding resistance meter JJG366-86. It is an ideal supporting equipment for verifying various hand-operated megohmmeters and grounding resistance meters. The instrument integrates the characteristics of a variety of constant speed sources in China and combined with user opinions. It is driven by stepping motor and controlled by single chip microcomputer. The maximum static torque is 0.882n.m, the starting speed is 120 rpm and 150 rpm, and the designed maximum speed is 199 rpm. It can be set arbitrarily through the speed control switch, and the speed does not fluctuate with the change of load.
