滅菌設(shè)備主要為脈動(dòng)式高壓蒸汽滅菌器（鍋）/脈動(dòng)高壓滅菌器，是處理過(guò)程的關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)，由硬件和軟件兩部分組成。硬件部分主要是高壓蒸汽滅菌鍋的內(nèi)腔、蒸汽管道、保溫夾套、廢液消毒劑和廢氣處理系統(tǒng)。內(nèi)腔和夾套主要由不銹鋼制成。夾套起到水蒸氣的輔助加熱和保溫作用，軟件部分采用PLC控制技術(shù)完成全過(guò)程的自動(dòng)控制，并通過(guò)人機(jī)對(duì)話(huà)功能設(shè)置溫度、壓力、排氣率和滅菌時(shí)間等參數(shù)。

1.進(jìn)入滅菌階段后，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)定時(shí)，保證滅菌強(qiáng)度。

2.In 滅菌階段，蒸汽主閥和蒸汽副閥將根據(jù)滅菌罐內(nèi)的實(shí)時(shí)溫度進(jìn)行啟閉，一旦滅菌罐內(nèi)溫度低于設(shè)定的滅菌溫度，打開(kāi)蒸汽副閥進(jìn)入蒸汽加熱，當(dāng)滅菌罐內(nèi)溫度低于設(shè)定溫度1°C（可配置），打開(kāi)蒸汽主閥，進(jìn)入大量蒸汽進(jìn)行加熱。當(dāng)滅菌釜內(nèi)溫度高于設(shè)定的滅菌溫度時(shí)，蒸汽主閥和副閥關(guān)閉，既保證了滅菌溫度，又避免了溫度過(guò)高造成的蒸汽浪費(fèi)。

3.當(dāng)滅菌時(shí)間達(dá)到設(shè)定時(shí)間時(shí)，系統(tǒng)切換到真空后干燥階段。
