Product Overview

LSXT15-D is a natural navigation lightweight handling unmanned forklift that uses multi -line lidar 3D SLAM technology.

On the basis of retaining the main structure of the original vehicle, intelligent automated electrical transformation is carried out, and the main technical indicators are consistent with the original vehicle; suitable for use inside warehouses.During loading and unloading and other working conditions, a lifting fork is installed in front of the vehicle body, which allows for safe operation and higher work efficiency.

Flexible and convenient deployment.

Laser scene maps are used to build matching positioning, which is natural navigation. There is no need to deploy auxiliary facilities, warehouses and other work scenes in the environment.The addition and expansion only require incremental mapping and configuration in the background.

Widely applicable to scenarios

Using 3D SLAM mapping and multi -sensor fusion matching positioning, high precision determination can be achieved in various complex indoor and outdoor scenes Bit navigation. AI recognition and laser detection are used to locate pallets and targets simultaneously, which is more suitable for unmanned pallet trucksWarehouse transportation scenario.

Accurate and stable positioning

Adaptive intelligent multi-machine scheduling system combined with warehouse management ERP, WMS and WCS system task delivery, the optimal motion route between two waypoints is given by scheduling algorithm, which makes unmanned storage more efficient .

Multiple safety protections

The body is equipped with a 3D three-dimensional protective laser radar to establish multi-level regional protection for real-time operation of the forklift, as well as special buffer and anti -collision strips.Special parts protection and system anomaly detection safety modules ensure the safe operation of forklifts in the working environment.
