口罩機(jī)概述
本機(jī)主要用于平面式口罩自動(dòng)成型：整卷布料放卷后經(jīng)過滾輪驅(qū)動(dòng)，布料通 過自動(dòng)折邊、包邊；鼻梁條整卷牽引開卷，定長裁切后導(dǎo)入至包邊布料中，雙邊 通過超聲焊接至封口，再經(jīng)過超聲側(cè)向封口，通過切刀裁切成型；通過流水線將 口罩輸送至兩個(gè)口罩耳帶熔接工位，通過超聲焊接最終口罩成型；當(dāng)口罩制成后， 通過流水線輸送至平帶線收集。
